Description | Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a state-wide strategy to drive franchise sales and business growth for Senso EV. Franchise Expansion: Identify, evaluate, and onboard potential franchise partners to establish a robust network across the state. Target Achievement: Set and achieve sales targets for franchise acquisition and revenue generation in alignment with organizational goals. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Area Sales Managers and support staff to optimize performance. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, assess competition, and adapt strategies accordingly. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners to ensure sustained collaboration and satisfaction. Compliance Oversight: Ensure all franchise operations adhere to Senso EV?s brand standards, policies, and operational guidelines. Training and Support: Oversee the training of franchise partners and their teams, ensuring a thorough understanding of the business model and objectives. Promotional Activities: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns to boost franchise visibility and sales. Reporting: Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement. Sustainability Advocacy: Promote Senso EV's mission of sustainable and eco-friendly transportation solutions across the franchise network. |
