Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. |
Description | Assist the HR team in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Help in the onboarding process by preparing documents and facilitating smooth integration of new hires. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Assist in organizing employee training and development programs. Help with HR-related administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and documentation. Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture. Provide general HR support to employees and management as needed. |
Qualification | Fresh graduates or individuals with minimal experience in HR are welcome to apply. |
Experience | 0-1 year of relevant experience (Freshers are encouraged to apply). |

Key Result Areas | Efficiently assist in recruitment processes, ensuring timely candidate sourcing and scheduling. Support onboarding processes and contribute to new hire retention by ensuring smooth transitions. Maintain accurate HR records and employee data. Assist in organizing and coordinating employee training and development initiatives. Provide administrative support for HR-related tasks and functions. Contribute to the execution of employee engagement activities and HR campaigns. |
