Description Job Description (Area Sales Manager - Senso EV):
Identify and recruit potential franchisees for Senso EV.
Drive franchise sales growth within the assigned area for Senso EV.
Identify and onboard new franchise partners to expand the network.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve area targets.
Provide training and support to franchisees to improve sales performance.
Monitor and analyze sales metrics, addressing underperforming areas.
Foster strong relationships with franchisees to ensure alignment with brand standards.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement promotional activities.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities and address challenges.
Ensure compliance with Senso EV's policies and guidelines.
Report area performance to senior management regularly.
Qualification Any Graduate
Experience 1-2 years
Report To Regional Sales Head
